The Chinook House

In 2008 Total Fisherman Guide Service purchased a home just south of Astoria that is available for your stay when you come out to go on your fishing trip!

The interior of the home was totally remodeled during the winter of 2009 and has all new wood flooring, tiled bathrooms, new cabinets and granite counter tops in the kitchen!

The idea behind this property is to provide you with a first class location to stay, that is a good value to meet the lodging needs of 4-6 people.

There are breakfast items provided for you to help yourself to in the kitchen so you can start your day off right!

The living room has all leather furniture and a large television!

Two large couches - two oversized chairs and

card table (poker chips too!)

New wood flooring in kitchen, dining room, and hallway!

New carpeting in bedrooms!

New tile floors in bathrooms and laundry room!

Bedroom 1

The home has beds enough to sleep six anglers each in their own bed.

Two bedrooms with large comfortable twin beds.

Twin hideaway bed in the living room.

Master bedroom has a queen sized bed.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom 3

Great kitchen with lots of room!

Utensils, pots-pans, and appliances are available for you to use should you not want to eat out.

Bathrooms are updated with new counter tops and tile floors!

There is a great view from the deck!  This area has a barbeque and outside dining area for you to enjoy!

Roosevelt Elk are often seen near the home either eating or bedded down in the nearby fields!  It is not uncommon to see up to 70 at one time!

The home is located just 1/3 of a mile from the ocean and beach!

It is a short 10 minute drive in the morning to where Kevin's boat is kept moored in Astoria.

Close to great shopping and restaurants in Astoria and Seaside!

Your accommodations include breakfast items in the morning for you to help yourself to in the kitchen.

Lots of parking!  Lots of freezer space to freeze your catch!

The price is $325 total for the house per night, for up to 6 people, and requires a 50% deposit to reserve your stay.

You can arrive any time after 12pm the day before your trip.

This a real value when compared to hotels that run anywhere from $90 to $250 per room for just two people, AND your getting a whole house in a great location!
