Summer Chinook also called "June Hogs" Summer Chinook are larger than Spring Chinook and average around 16-22 lbs. with fish over 30 lbs. not being uncommon. Like the Spring Chinook these fish are not spawning until late summer and early fall so they have a rich flavor and are great table fare!
